I’ve been a proud resident here for nearly 26 years! From the therapy room remodel to the sweet addition of the ice cream parlor, I’ve witnessed a whirlwind of transformations. The staff are kind and compassionate, always ready help in any way they can.

My mother was a resident at this facility for 11 years. During this time, I was greatly impressed by the staff and their interaction with the residents. I watched as they “adopted” residents who may not of had  family members and gave them a family. The nurses on my mother’s hall were very good with her. Caring for a parent with Alzheimer’s has some hard moments, Jennifer, the Clinical Care Coordinator always offered great care and advice, and I still call her my angel. The Social Workers, Meghan and Susan, were so helpful each time I needed their support while we experienced the challenges of Alzheimer’s presents.

Our family made one of the most consequential decisions having Oasis Nursing and Rehabilitation of Green Valley care for our mother. We had reached a time with our mother where, with her medical conditions, our family could not effectively give her all the care she needed. We were at a loss as to how to move forward.
